Goshen High School Athletics

The Goshen RedHawks Varsity won against the NorthWood Panthers Thursday night by a score of 5-3. In the second inning, the RedHawks got their offense started when Kaelyn Marcum doubled on a 2-2 count, scoring one run. Tyra Marcum led things off on the rubber for Goshen Redhawks Varsity. The fireballer allowed five hits and three runs over seven innings, striking out 13. Goshen racked up ten hits. Tyra Marcum, Meredith Fry, and Sara Stansbury all managed multiple hits for Goshen Redhawks Varsity. The RedHawks move to 11-7 on the season and 7-3 in the NLC. Goshen travels to play Concord Friday night starting at 5:30.
