Goshen High School Athletics

Goshen beat Plymouth by a score of 11-1 at home Wednesday night. Abi Blankenship was the winning pitcher in the circle striking out two and walking zero. The RedHawks scored seven runs in the third and totaled 13 hits on the night. Goshen's big inning was driven by singles by Kendall Hodge, Julie Branam, and Meredith Fry, doubles by Tyra Marcum and Jenna Roll, and an error on a ball put in play by Sara Stansbury. The RedHawks now move to 6-3 in the NLC and 10-7 overall. Goshen travels to Northwood Thursday night to take on the Panthers starting at 5:30.
