Goshen High School Athletics

The Goshen varsity boys soccer team continued their undefeated start to the season with a 3-1 victory over Westview. Adam Torres led the way with 2 goals while Hayden Clark added the third. Landon Clayton tallied 2 assists and Bentley Medina had 1 assist. Goshen's record now stands at 4-0-0. The RedHawks are back in action on Saturday evening as they travel to take on Northridge at 7:00pm. The Goshen boys JV soccer recorded a 5-1 victory against Westview. Goals were scored by Danny Vazquez Diaz (2), Saul Faustino Ramirez, Israel Herrera Jr., and Marcos Hernandez. Marcos Hernandez also tallied 2 assists while Hector Hernandez Vasquez and Yareck Salazar each contributed 1 assist. The JV record now stands at 3-1-0. The JV RedHawks play again on Saturday at Northridge with a start time of 3:15pm.
