Goshen High School Athletics

The Goshen RedHawks (8-13, 4-8 NLC) traveled to Concord on Friday night and came out with a 5-1 loss. Ryen Diaz took the loss on the mound pitching 4.2 innings allowing 4 earned runs and striking out 3 batters. Goshen was only able to push across 1 run. Bryson Wilson led the 3rd inning off with a double and then was bunted over by Braxton Cline and squeezed in by Quinn Shreiner Landes. Jensen Meikle came in relief after Concord took the 5-1 lead and was able to pitch 1.1 innings with 0 runs allowed. Goshen continues NLC play with Wawasee on Monday at home at 5:30pm.
