Goshen High School Athletics

The Goshen RedHawks (7-8, 3-4 NLC) defeated Bethany Christian on Tuesday night by a score of 20-1 in 5 innings. Every RedHawk starter earned a hit on the evening as the offense totaled 18 hits as a team. The trio of Caelan Miller, Quinn Shreiner Landes, and Jensen Meikle combined for a 1 hit performance on the mound. Seniors Payton Bontrager, Damian Castillo, and Caelan Miller each tallied 3 hits and combined for 7 RBIs. Kyan Miller drove in 4 runs as did Karter Marcum. Braxton Cline, Marcum, Kyan Miller, and Kaden Witty each had doubles as well. The RedHawks will play again on Wednesday night at home when they host an NLC matchup against Northridge. The game is set to start at 5:30pm.
