Goshen High School Athletics

Goshen's effort to come back from being down six runs in the fifth inning came up just short as they fell 7-6 to Warsaw on Wednesday. Kaelyn Marcum collected three hits in four at-bats in the loss. Marcum doubled in the third inning, doubled in the seventh inning, and singled in the sixth inning. Goshen tallied up 11 hits on the night. Kendall Hodge, Kaelyn Marcum, Emily Ramirez, Julie Branam, Makayla Scales, Ryen Yoder, Evyn Weldy, and Dakota Powers all added hits on the night. Goshen falls to 0-2 in the NLC and travels to Mishawaka Friday to take on the Cavemen starting at 5:30.
